House rules may change that since it also keeps a victim Meth, say my prey from playing reaction cards on his turn (while I'm acting through Malk Mad net) This sucks big time as action Modifiers can be played if he tries to block my bleed action and as I add +1 stealth, he can't react unless it's with permanents So we play that action cards can be used and reactions can be played That helps to block the govern the unaligned, but if it gets through, damn that hurts Hope this helps Stu -- "Chance favors the warrior." -- Na'Toth, "By Any Means Necessary"

Action modifier cards may only be used when it is your turn. >So we play that action cards can be used and reactions can be played >That helps to block the govern the unaligned, but if it gets through, damn >that hurts -- L.
