Someone told me Echo of Harmonies can be played on an Ancient
Influence in my ash heap, and still has the effect despite the only
one in game rule is called.. is that true? If not, then I gotta
dismantle this deck I built a while ago:(

Yes and no. You can put the ancient influence on the vampire playing Echoes
of Harmony, but the vote can't be called. So the card will stay here for a
nice decorative touch.
