A question arose during playing yesterday, so here goes: Could Skin Of Night used to "prevent" Rötshreck? If, let's say I control a vamp that bleeds and is blocked by a vamp, with let's say Ivory Bow, and I know that that player uses Rötshreck. If I play Skin of Night in the beginning of the round, then the opposing minion could not inflict aggravated damage, right? So could he still play Rötshreck? Is it the possibility to inflict aggravated regardless of the conditions (except for manouvers)? -- Tuomas Rinta työ: +358-9-70844393 gsm: +358-40-5838021 tuomas...@helsinki.fi

It is the "attempt to use" aggravated damage "against a vampire" regardless of the ultimate success level of that attempt. Maneuvers are only useful in that they can keep the attempt from being "against a vampire" by removing the vampire from harms way. -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) V:TES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
