Enkil Cog and hunt

Hi all, If vampire A has Enkil Cog, and he has 0 blood and is untapped, can he take non-mandatory action(ie. equip) during other players turn or he must hunt? Thank You

[ quoted text not captured ] He can't take another action. He may hunt, but is not obliged to during other players turn. From rulebook sec. 6 : "A minion with a mandatory action to perform cannot perform any other action."
