Order of triggered "events"

Hello all, Just a question regarding turn sequence, more specifically, the ability to structure each phase. Is it allowable to structure your discard phase in order to benefit from both vampires card text? ie: you trigger Cyscek's ability and then Marcel's? I assume you can as you can structure your other phases, but as these are both "triggered" events (the playing of a event card) do they attempt to resolve at the same time?
