JYHAD:Q:combat cards

I just have one quick question... Combat cards that DON'T say 'do not replace until after combat'...are they replaced immediately? In Jyhad, you always replace cards immediately, unless the card tells you to wait, or a vote is being taken. Most of the cards which tell you to wait are combat cards, but most combat cards don't tell you to wait, so are replaced immediately.
