Yes. Note though that after every succesful bleed you must play another
spying mission in order to prevent the formerly stacked spying missions
from kicking in. If they do kick in on a Night Moves action, you will
still be bleeding for 1. So watch out for that Direct Intervention for the
fifth Spying Mission, because all your accumulated Spyings will go off
without any noticeable effect.
Direct Intervention is particularly nasty for such action modifier combos
because it cancels the effects of the card you just played, not the
playing of the card. In the case of action modifiers and reactions that
means that the same minion may not play the same card again during the
action.
