Simple question : Vampire A have a Spiritual Protector Vampire B have Eye of hazimel Can vamp B use the Eye properties agaist vamp A in combat ? Thanks , ML

Yes and No. Pertinent card text: "Minions blocking or blocked by the vampire with this retainer cannot use equipment in combat." If they are in combat, and no block occured, then the vampire with the Eye can use its special abilities. If they are in combat as a result of a block, then it cannot use the Eye. Carpe noctem.
