You may use it one any Methuselah's 8 or older vampire. Used on someone else: They can gain pool equal to the vampires age and allow the vamp to be burned (with all equipment, retainers, and effects on it), or they can pay the two pool to keep the vampire. Used on Yourself: You can gain pool equal to the vampires age and allow the vamp to be burned (with all equipment, retainers, and effects on it), or you can pay the two pool to keep the vampire (if you really need to burn a card!). -- ----- L. It only works on 8+ vamps and the owner gets enough pool to bring out another vamp or two, so it isn't quite as powerful as it first appears. More of an annoyance card, if you ask me. I succeeded at this Golconda move last night. Angus is out with a Soul Gem. Minion tap Angus for everything. Next turn, Golconda him. Use the Soul Gem to bring out top vampire from crypt with full blood (happened to be Andreas). Net gain: 22 blood (Angus had an extra skill on him) and a full 9 capacity vampire. In retrospect, I assume the Soul Gem can still be used in this situation? Works even better if you have a Giant's Blood around somewhere!
