[LSJ] Virolax Facility and Soul Gem

Hello LSJ, If a vampire of capacity above 7 has the Soul Gem of Etrius is burned and you also have the Virolax Facility in play, can you choose the order of effects? I read the texts of the card and it does not appear that either card takes precedence, so I assume as with other effects, you may choose the order that they happen. thanks, David Wilson

well lets say he has only one 4 cap vampire left in his crypt and wants to minimze the chance to draw him with the Soul Gem effect, so he wants to use Virolax first to get him out then use Soul Gem to get a higher cap vampire.. which he obviously can!
