This came up in our play group tonight: Can a ready vampire play Change of Target _after_ already playing a Kiss of Ra? Since the action was indeed blocked, can't CoT be played? Thanks in advance. Alex

Change of Target - Action Modifier * Change of Target cannot be used if the action is blocked by some means other than blocking the acting minion (e.g., Brujah Frenzy, Kiss of Ra). I am not LSJ but: With Kiss of Ra, the opposing vampire does not block the action - the card text of Kiss of Ra does. change of target requires a blocking minion to "untap" (as per card text). So it cannot be played: Change of Target cannot be used if the action is blocked by some means other than blocking the acting minion (e.g., Brujah Frenzy, Kiss of Ra).
