three rules questions

Just three questions: 1) If you use Clotho's Gift TEM effect on Nu, The Pillar, is he able to untap twice in a given turn? 2) Since The Slaughterhouse is not a unique location, can I play more than one AND use them all in my master phase? 3) I always get confused when using Mirror Image and Call of the Hungry Dead. MI says that the action continues as if unblocked and CotHD says that the block fails. What is the difference? Thanks. Nu
