According to the rules, you cannot perform twice the same type of
action.
The RTR says:
""No Repeat Actions (DCI)
"Same Action" means: 1) The same inherent (cardless) action taken
against
the same target. 2) The action taken with the same card played from
hand,
regardless of target. 3) The same action provided by the same copy
of a
card in play. [RTR] :T02:
Each action provided by a card in play is a distinct action (and
doesn't
count as the "same action" to cards like Obedience). [RTR] :T02:
The acting minion when the acting is finished (blocked or successful)
becomes unable to preform the same type of action again this turn.""
According to the wording, you could play on the same player Computer
Hacking then, later in the same round and with the same Vampire,
Entrancement. Both are card actions, so do not fall into case 1) and are
different cards (case 2).
I could not find a definition for: type of action (it's the only
sentence that could forbid 2 bleed by the same minion in the same turn).
What is the official (and clear) ruling on this?
[ quoted text not captured ]
Computer Hacking and Entracement are different actions, but are the
same type of action.
Types of actions are:
* the actions defined in the rulebook (6.4, 7, and 19)
If an action is not one of these, then it is a type based on
the card played to take the action, or a type unique to the instance
of the card in play that granted the ability to take the action.
So all Bum's Rush actions are the same type (type: "Bum's Rush"),
but Bum's Rush and Ambush are different types.
And each Haven Uncovered provides a distinct action type which is
unique to the individual card.
The action allowed by one Haven Uncovered is not the same type as
the action allowed by another, even if both Havens are on the same
vampire.

I believe from previous postings that although they are card actions, they
fall under case 1 as they are variations on a cardless action.

both cards come under the definition of the same action, they are both
bleed actions, the cards simply enhance the bleed. The same holds true
for PAs, they may have different titles, but they are still votes.
