Hello! How is Charming Lobby used: (1) vampire A plays Charming Lobby succedes and is tapped, vampire B calls a vote (whith a political action card or otherwise) isn´t blocked and is tapped, the vote passes through (by superior vote power), which means that when vampire C calls a vote and if it don´t get blocked it automatically passes through; (2) vampire A plays Charming Lobby succedes and is tapped, then vampire A calls a vote (whith a political action card or otherwise) kind of like an action modifier, the vote passes through (by superior vote power), which means that when vampire B calls a vote and if it don´t get blocked it automatically passes through; (3) vampire A plays Charming Lobby succedes and is tapped, then vampire A calls a vote (whith a political action card or otherwise) kind of like an action modifier, the vote passes through (by superior vote power), which means that when vampire A calls a second vote (kind of like an action modifier) which automatically passes through; or (4) some other strange way. Also is there anything which prohibits you from using two blood to water´s or carrion Crows in the same round? Thanks Martin

The short answer to your question is: #2. However, this almost certainly violates intent and turns the card into wallpaper. > (2) vampire A plays Charming Lobby succedes and is tapped, then vampire A > calls a vote (whith a political action card or otherwise) kind of like an > action modifier, the vote passes through (by superior vote power), which > means that when vampire B calls a vote and if it don´t get blocked it > automatically passes through; This is the most recent ruling, from June 23rd. It fits well enough with the Jyhad text, but it contradicts the V:tES text, which was reworded to fit with the then-current ruling. > (3) vampire A plays Charming Lobby succedes and is tapped, then vampire A > calls a vote (whith a political action card or otherwise) kind of like an > action modifier, the vote passes through (by superior vote power), which > means that when vampire A calls a second vote (kind of like an action > modifier) which automatically passes through; or > (4) some other strange way. > > Also is there anything which prohibits you from using two blood to water´s > or carrion Crows in the same round? > > Thanks > > Martin > > > > Lupus Australis ____ ____ \ \----/ / |()__()| __\ __ /__ / __\()/__ \ |/ \==/ \| | || |

(4) Vampire A plays Charming Lobby to call a vote (the vote to be called is played/named when the action is announced). If unblocked, the referendum is held. If it passes, then the next vote called (unblocked) by any player's vampire will pass as well. > Also is there anything which prohibits you from using two blood to water´s > or carrion Crows in the same round?
