Ok, a bunch of things here. First of all, a few questions regarding rules clarifications for Jyhad. 1) Gideon Fontain calls a vote. He plays as a modifier, Disarming Precense at the superior version. My question is, can vampires that were tapped before the vote cast their votes in or not? The card says "All vampires casting votes are tapped." Well? 2) Can Aneke block Dawn Operation? I heard it was ruled that Eagle's Sight could, and anneke appears to have the same ability. Jyahd Tourney's and such: Has anyone played in one yet? I"m going to this weekend and in a few monthes, I'm going to be running one. I'm just wondering how people ran them, whether they had a "restricted" list of sorts or what... I fully intened to say at the least, no more than four of any single card, but has anyone gone any farther than that? On The Edge: First of all, are there booster packs for the game yet? I bought a few starters and so far I like it alot. I especially like the fact taht so far this is the only game where you actually get to choose WHICH chractor yer attacking :) I like that. Ialso like the way the structure you choose really plays a big factor in the style of game you play. Question, how do you win? I know you have to try to amass 24 IP's, but how do you get IP's, are the cummulative? Can they go negative? etc.etc. I didn't get that. Also, if there's a bullet by the cost, does that mean it has to be PLAYED by/on someone with that trait or does it mean that you just have to have that trait in play somewhere to play the card....? As to distribution, a friend of mine got one of those all charactor decks too... some 55 charactors and some whammy's or somthing. I wondered about that, so I looked on the side of the starter box. Lo and behold, guess who distributed it??? Carta Mundi! Surprised? Yup, Don't expect great distribution, because its the same people who brought you the bequtiful distribution of Legends, AQ, Jyhad, RV etc.etc.etc. Anyway, that's all for now, if you know the answers to any of the quesetions , either post 'em or mail 'em to me.... Peace Love and Anarchy steve Lyfe Smyth Oh yeah, and check out the Magic MUSH :) Pretty decent at heaven.hamline.edu 4000

The current ruling is that she can; her "can block any vampire" overrides the "this action is unblockable". This ruling is under dispute. >Jyahd Tourney's and such... Yes, they arrived here with the starters (10 cards - 3 uncommons, 1 rare - rarity not guaranteed of course). I >bought a few starters and so far I like it alot. You get influence by spending Pull - (N.B. none of the Resources I've seen can be used for influence) - see bottom of p. 25 of the rules. Yes, it is cumulative. I don't know if Influence can go negative, I'd have guessed not (it's pretty unlikely anyway). Also, if there's a bullet by the >cost, does that mean it has to be PLAYED by/on someone with that trait or >does it mean that you just have to have that trait in play somewhere to >play the card....? You just have to have *one* of the traits on a Character or Resource in play (p 12). Paul K.
