Pentex Subversion (PS) is a unique master that you play on a ready minion which then makes it so the minion cannot take any further actions and he or she cannot block actions until the card is burned. PS may be burned by any minion as a (D) action. If, for example, I play a PS on my prey's Zoe and then next master phase play an additional PS on my prey's Didi Meyers, who decides whether to yield or pay to continue contesting? Does the Meth. who originally played the PS have to pay and therefore get to decide on yielding or is it the Meth. who's minions have been affected? The control of master cards doesn't change unless a card effect specifically says so. For example, you are the controller of any Pentex Subversion you play, even though you are playing them on other Methuselahs' minions. The Methuselah who played the Pentex Subversions is considered the controller of the cards, so he would be contesting his own cards.

Which, thus, makes it an illegal play, with the ruling on contesting your own cards. -- +-------------------------------------------------------+ | Assamite | | (assa...@inlink.com) | +-------------------------------------------------------+ | http://www.angelfire.com/pages0/assamite/index.html | +-------------------------------------------------------+ | If there were a Cell Z, I'd be a member of it... | +-------------------------------------------------------+
