A simple question: my interpretation of Anneke's ability leads to the conclusion that even tapped, she can play a 2nd tradition:domain to untap and attempt to block (with +2 int) a cross-table actrion, as she IS permitted to attempt to block by her "permanent eagle's sight ability". a fellow player says that she can't and that she needs to play forced awakening or wake with ev. freshness + domain to do such a thing. who is right ? if he is, why ? george

Since 2nd Tradition forces the reacting vampire to "attempt to block" they can't play 2nd Tradition unless they have the option of attempting said block. Normally that's blocking a (D) action or predator/prey blocking an undirected action. Anneke is always able to try and block any action per her special unless cards played disallow it.
