DotB deals damage at the end of the round, which is during combat.
So the damage would be aggravated if a Dawn Op was in effect.
Catatonic Fear ends combat and the damage it deals is applied after
the combat has ended (since S:CE precludes the possibility of doing
damage during strike resolution). So the damage is not affected by
Dawn Operation.
