Political action cards are just like normal action cards except that
you can burn them for votes during a vote process. (I guess the fact
that they all start votes also makes them an exception.) Note that
you can also take political actions if cards in play, such as Anarch
Revolt, allow it, and this advantage of such actions does not require
playing a political action card from the hand. The bloodhunt vote is
not an action; any player simply calls one if they wish, if diablerie
is committed.
