While I think this level of interaction would be both interesting and
fun in the corner-cases where it comes into play, it's certainly
cleaner to issue errata/clarification to have it only target library
cards.
Still, a general ruling like the Kaymakli one (in reverse) would
prevent it from being immediately necessary on this or future cards.
