LSJ (or others): Stupid question

Kindred Intelligence. does it allow you to search for any vamp to move or is it just like Effective Management (move the top vamp)? We assume it's move the top vamp, but I felt the need to ask because the rulings on the WW website make no mention of the card. thanks -- r. brian smith tam...@purity.com
