I drafted Redline and actually got to play it. I don't have the card
here, but the text is pretty close to:
Out-of-Turn Master
Only playable when a vampire is burned by a Blood Hunt. The vampire is
not burned, put this card on that vampire. Take control of that
vampire. The vampire is now independent, gets a press once per combat
against Camarilla vamps, and has a +1 stealth rush at Camarilla vamps.
Burn this card and this vampire if it changes sects.
Anyone with actual card text, feel free to post corrections.
Like I said above I got to play it one game. When my predator
amarathaned my prey's vamp, my prey and I successfully called a Blood
Hunt. My prey wanted that vamp to pay (he just got a full Cooler and
Meat Hook from the diablerie). Then I played Redline, and it was a
nice shift in table balance, but still was not enough to get me any
VPs that round.
I rarely see vamps burned in Blood Hunts locally, and the ones that
are aren't really worth taking. Maybe you can trick someone into
diablerizing by telling them you'll make sure the vamp is still around
after the Blood Hunt. Sneaky!

When you take control of it, do you get it untapped?

Fame on your own vampire is sometimes justification enough to do a
self-diablerie, even if there is threat of a Blood Hunt.

But according to the text (if it is correct), you'd only be able to
use it when blocking. It's not one of those lovely out-of-turns you
can play in your own turn.
<sniffle> I still wish I could bloody Sudden Reversal a Sudden
Reversal (on my own card)...
But by Set, you could easily use it when blocking someone coming out
of torpor.

...when you're blocking or being attacked. you can't play MooT cards
on your own turn.
Makes for safe blocking of 'leave torpor' actions though, letting you
diablerise and then save yourself with Redline.

It can only be played to save a vampire controlled by another Methuselah,
by card text.

Well, I guess it's a way to save your vampire that was Mind Raped/Tempted and
diablerized someone with the intent to get him burned in the blood hunt...
