[LSJ] Nehemiah and Visit from the Cappuchin

Hi LSJ, I have a question regarding the special ability of Nehemiah and Visit from the Cappuchin. Card Tests: Nehemiah, 9, obt POT PRE SER TEM, True Brujah, 4, [LoB] Independent: Nehemiah has 2 votes (titled). During your untap phase, you may move up to two cards from your hand to the bottom of your library (draw afterward). Nehemiah cannot use cards that require Celerity. Scarce. Visit from the Capuchin, Master, R2 , [FN:R2] Unique master. Put this card into play; put four counters on this card from the blood bank. Your hand size is +X, where X is the number of counters on this card. Each time you play or discard a card (except when discarding down to your hand size), burn a counter from this card (do not draw a replacement card). Burn this card when the last counter is removed. I play Visit form the Cappuchin and have 11 cards in my hand. In my next untap phase I MOVE 2 cards on the bottom of my library. Question: Do I redraw since the cards were just moved?
