[RTR 19941109]" Per [LSJ20010420] (Message-ID: <3AE0281E...@white-wolf.com>), damage dealt by a strike (in this case, Burst of Sunlight) against the striking vampire is considered environmental. (Hence, not preventable by Skin of Steel etc.) Since Burst of Sunlight operates with the same template as Body of Sun, we can extrapolate from that that environmental damage against Charnas cannot be generated by the vampire with Charnas on him.
