The new printing of Delaying Tactics does not have the line All Kindred in it, so can allies use it? Robert Scythe

It costs a blood, so only minions that can pay the blood cost can play it. This excludes all allies currently printed. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. I had a feeling that this would be the case (hence the question) however, if the Herald of Topheth reacts to a referendum by playing Treachery ( and is considered a vampire through to the resolution of the card) wouldn't he be eligible to play Delaying Tactics or Surprise Influence during that time? [ quoted text not captured ] No. The Herald can only play "cards requiring basic Daimoinon [dai], Potence [pot] and/or Presence [pre] as a vampire". [ quoted text not captured ]
