Not that this has anything to do with anything, but I was thinking about
a few card ideas... I know they'll never get used or considered, but hey,
since the Magic players do it, why can't I ;'>.
Take note: I try to keep game balance.
Angry Mobs: Master. If a Methusala wishes to allow one of his vampires to
hunt, he must pay 1 pool. A Methusala may choose to send a vampire with
0 blood to torpor rather than hunt. This card may be burned as a (D) action.
Gehana's Cry: Master. During each Methusala's upkeep, that Methusala loses
1 pool and each of his vampires lose 1 blood. Any kindred may call a vote
to burn this card, which would be at +1 stealth.
Automatic Rounds: combat modifier. Ammo card. This gives any gun first
strike. Only usable first round. Additional strikes are not at first
strike. The minion who uses this ammo takes 2 damage, which is not
preventable.
Camillary segragation: political action, +1 stealth. Justicar restriction.
Choose a prince. Successful vote means that this prince loses his
political power; however, he may now deablorize without the bloodhunt.
Well those are them. I didn't make any more skill-based cards, since
all of these come from Vampire: The Masquerade. Thoughts, comments?

Makes Hunting Grounds, Blood Dolls and The Rack even more powerful and
gives a reason to play Gird Minions. Any rationale behind this?

Sure. Just _hand_ the game to Ventrue Gain Blood decks, whydontcha...

I like this one, but what is the rationale for it causing the 2
unpreventable damage to the weilder? I would think that a pool cost from
the Meth would be more reasonable, and maybe not even that if it is
usable only on the first strike of the first round.

An interesting card. Another way for Ventrue to whittle down the
competition though. Maybe add a +1 stealth to any diablerize attempt to
balance it a little more. (Around here, anyway, we don't do that much
diablerie.)

For that matter, what is the rationale for having *ammo* that makes the
*gun* fire faster? Surely it doesn't fly significantly faster than a normal
bullet (esp. since the speed of the bullet isn't even the question, but
rather, how fast you can pull the trigger - I doubt if Canine Hordes move
faster than bullets).
An automatic weapon could be useful, but it would use whatever ammo was handy.
(They built the "auto" modifier into increased damage - cf. Submachine Gun).
Sure, it doesn't unbalance the game in any way that I can think of, but
it also doesn't pass the reality check (for me, at any rate).
