Vast Wealth and Leather Jacket/Baseball Bat/etc.

If minion equip with card like L.J. or B.B. that have effect when action to equip with it is successful does he benefit from this effect? Does answer for this question is the same for Anonymous Freight and Jack of both Sides?

They're both equip actions (when used to get equipment).
