That means that any meth that controls Giovanni, Ravnos, Assamites or Setites cannot call a Bloodhunt? This is so wrong. That means they can essentially get their vamps diablorized for free (If the other meths don't care to call the Bloodhunt). Camarilla can call a Bloodhunt and Sabbat a Wildhunt. What recourse do the independants have?
