If I gain temporary control of a vampire (e.g. Mind Rape) and I have that
vampire use a card which is put on the acting vampire, do I still control
that card when control of that vampire reverts?

No. Minion cards are controlled by the controller of the minion
that they are on, unless card text says otherwise (like a successful
Shepherd's Innocence).
