Different Lucita question

Waiting anxiously for the release tomorrow, I was thinking about Lucita. Apologies if this was discussed immediately after her release... Aside from the Independent text, Lucita still *is* a Lasombra for cards like Power Structure, etc., correct? Guessing yes, but I just thought I'd ask. Her clan is Lasombra. Her sect is Independent. If she is in play, you may play an Elysian Fields, Political Hunting Ground, Political Seizure, Political Struggle. Lucita = Lasombra Lucita also = Independent If something requires Lasombra, or affects Lasombra, she is.
