[LSJ]: Question - Fractured Armament + Equipment

Question (no matter how these get worded, they always sound like really bad word problems): Minion A is in combat with minion B. Minion A has potence, and minion B has a weapon as equipment. Minion A strikes with Fractured Armament. Minion B strikes with the weapon/equipment. Does minion B's weapon do it's damage/effect before it is destroyed? (Normally, with Fast Hands and Canine Horde, which have first strike, there's no question. Fractured Armament seems... well... mildly retarted.) -Vinnie!
