I have heard that your not allowed to have more than one title. If that's
true, I think that it's a shame. I feel that "Napolean Decks" are great
fun, and would hate to see them destroyed. But if this is true, I move for
people to adopt a "House Rule" that your are allowed to hold the titles of
Prince of Houston and Prince of Dallas at the same time. Maybe you should
even be allowed to be Prince of Boston and Washington D.C..

Isn't it that you aren't allowed to have two of the _same_ title (you can't
have 2 Princes of Boston....). Actually, you are allowed, but they become
contested cards (and contesting your own cards seems like a bad idea... I
haven't seen a good use for it...)

Well, contested titles damage the vampires, not the methusalah, so
you could put fame on Igo for example, and Praxis Seizure: Seattle
him, while Anson is in play, and then send Igo into
torpor by refusing to yield the title. Then, once he's in torpor
everyone looses a pool a turn. Although, you would have course
loose a vampire and three pool to do a very expensive um, ...
well, I don't know what, but there has to be a master or a political
action that makes everybody loose a pool during their upkeep.

According to Tom, in YASNRR (Yet another stupid net-rep ruling) a vampire
can only have ONE title at a time, so you can't be a primogen prince or a
justicar primogen or a prince of two cities.

This ruling is probably based upon the game Jyhad originates from
(Vampire:the Mascarade by White Wolf). It the game, a member of the
Primogene is on the Concil, advising the Prince. So a Prince cannot be a
Primogene and vice versa (the other Primogene wouldn't allow it and would
start their own little war to remove the offending Prince-Primogene;
beleive me on that one!). Also, in the same game, Justicar are the
"police officers" of the Camarilla, and there is only seven Justicar at
all time, one per clan. These Justicar roam Earth looking for trouble to
be solved (usually by chopping the head of the offenders).
So:
A Primogene advises a Prince.
A Prince rules a city.
A Justicar patrols Earth.
Pretty obvious to me why a Primogene cannot be a Prince or a Justicar or etc.
And it's too much trouble ruling two cities at the same time (to want to
rule one is a suicide in my oppinion! based my gaming experience that is. :)
And anyway, a Prince who controls two cities is not two princes, he only
controls a larger territory, that all.
And beside everything, if you don't like the ruling, don't use it!!! And
if you don't like Rule Group's Rulings, don't ask them to rule for you!!!
And stop whinning about it.

It wasn't my ruling, it was a design team ruling.

I still don't see why you can't be Prince of Dallas and Houston at the
same time. I would probably let someone get away w/ being Prince of
Washington and Boston at the same time.

I believe the possibility of having two titles is simply one of those things
we failed to consider when writing the rules on titled vampires. Therefore
the rule that you cannot have two titles did not make it in. We apologize
for any inconvenience.
Allowing a vampire to have two princeships or not based on the proximity
of the cities in real life strikes me as suspect, but you're welcome to
do so if you wish.
