The "Bomb" equipment card states that it may be used as a directed
action against a location, alternatively it may be used as a 5R strike in
combat. My question is, if my minion is equiped with the bomb and attempts a
directed action against a location and that action is intercepted, can I use
the bomb in the following combat? Or is the card burned as soon as the action
is intercepted? Thanks, and great job folks on this game. It is a master
piece. :)

If your action was blocked, then the Bomb wasn't used, so you will still have
it available for the combat.
