Hi,
Following doubts arised yesterday:
- Can you play a Master: Discipline Card (say, Auspex) on an
uncontrolled vampire?
- If an uncontrolled vampire has a Master: Discipline on it (either
because he was banished or because the answer to the first question is
afirmative), you have to pay his new capacity to bring him to the ready
region?
My guess is that the answer to both questions is "no" (as a matter of
fact, I kind of recall asking the second question in Path of Blood
forums and getting that answer, but nevertheless, other players from my
playgroup are regulars here, and they might as well check it here).
Thank you in advance,
Andrés Valenzuela

No. [1.6.1.4]

No, since the Discipline card is out of play.

However, you MAY transfer one more blood tnat the vampire's capacity
and it will not drain off as that vampire will enter the controlled
region.
