i feel a rush of creativity coming on, but before i get stuck into deck building i want to check up on how masochism works with things like Charnas the Imp, Rutor's Hand and Talbot's Chainsaw. Both the imp and chainsaw inflict damage, so i assume this is converted to rush counters, similarly for the Hand if you omit to pay the extra blood to prevent the damage. The basic idea is of course to deliberately put Charnas on your OWN masochistic minions, who then rush about doing spectacularly expensive things for free, or cheap, anyway. i was thinking of trying this with the tremere, maybe with a touch of chimerstry for extra amusement value. Now someone is going to tell me that there is a ruling that only combat damage gets converted to rush counters. Sp Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

I might be tempted to include Patrizia Giovanni (since she has thaumaturgy) in order to allow you to bring out Ambrosius, maybe. That way, you can do the damage thing on him if it gets to a point whereby you don't have the blood to afford it on your vampires. Of course, Chantry is likely to be highly useful in the deck as well. -- James Coupe
