No. A Strike with a weapon is not a hand strike, so is not allowed under
Immortal Grapple.

Not quite. He can strike with the Tiger Claws for 5 damage.

No. His hand damage (now called "his strength") is 3 and any potence
strikes he makes will be at +2. Increased Strength only affects potence
strike cards, not potence cards in general.

That would make his strength 5 (3+2) and he would still deal an additional
2 damage from any potence strike.

That strike would do strength+2+2 damage.
