I like to stay up late, thinking of nasty things to do with malkavian
dementia, and I came up with a hypothetical that I am not sure on.. If I
dement a Malkavian with Fame, (and I am the predator of the meth. who
owns that malkavian) and it goes into torpor, who takes the 3 point hit?
My prey, or his??

The DMF's Methuselah is the Methuselah who played the MalkDementia (until
the effects of MD wear off). If the DMF goes to torpor before the MD wears
off, then the temporary controller's Prey (the Prey of the Meth who played MD)
loses three pool.
The Prey of a minion is the prey of the controlling Methuselah.
Malk Dementia says "You control" - meaning you are the controller.

How do you figure? The demented Malkavian with Fame (DMF) goes to torpor.
The prey of the DMF's Methusalah loses 3 pool. _That_ is the condition at the
time of the action. If this ousts the DMF's prey, the DMF's Methusalah gets 6
pool and the prey's ante.
One of the purposes of Fame is to protect the vampire with it; that is, the
other Methusalahs have to watch their step around a Famous vampire because of
the risk to the Masquerade.
We all remember the stink when Keith Richards was almost exposed in the late
'70s...
