This one is minor, but something I noticed last night.
The CE version of Elysium: Palace of Versailles says:
During a political action, you may tap to give 1 extra vote to each
ready titled Camarilla vampire you control.
The old version specifically mentioned Primogen, Prince, Justicar, and
Inner Circle.
Does the new printing mean that an Independent vampire with a "2 votes"
title, who joins the Camarilla and doesn't lose that title, can benefit
from the Elysium?
