Superior Rutor's Hand has errata that the damage is treated as
if from a strike in combat. So, you could use Skin of Rock to
prevent it, Skin of Night to convert it to normal (and prevent
it, at superior), and even use Skin of Steel to prevent it,
since it is treated as a strike.
You couldn't, however, use Strike: Dodge to avoid it, since you
are not given the opporunity to strike in response.
