Sires Command, Childer Inherit [LoB:C] Cardtype: Action +1 stealth action. Requires a ready Laibon. Move 1 blood from the blood bank to any other Laibon. Alternatively, if this Laibon is a magaji, (D) tap two ready Laibon who belong to the same clan (as each other) and are controlled by the same Methuselah (as each other). Can the blood be moved to an uncontrolled Laibon ?

No. Explicit card text is required to target an uncontrolled minion. LSJ Aug 25 2003 http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad/msg/61c193cfba8f4582 Also Rulebook 1.6.1.4 Targets. If a card is played on another card, or selects or chooses or otherwise targets another card, the target card must be in play (i.e., controlled). Vampires in the torpor region are eligible targets by default, but vampires in the uncontrolled region and contested cards are not. http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/rulebook/
