Ok I need some feedback from all you rules gurus out there...
can you please give me a rundown, with examples of different
situations, of how the card "obedience" works.

Obedience is playable by an untapped vampire who is about to enter
combat with an acting younger vampire. The reacting vampire doesn't tap.
The acting vampire is not tapped (for taking the action) if the
obedience is used at the normal (inferior) level.
Ex:
Vamp A takes an action (bleed or whatnot). Vamp A taps to do so.
Vamp B blocks (successfully) and is about to go to combat.
Instead, vamp B plays obedience. Vamp is not tapped. If inferior
Obedience is used, then vamp A is untapped.
Vamp A Bum's Rushes the untapped Vamp B. No one blocks, so the
action is successful. Vamp B is about to go to combat.
Instead, vamp B plays obedience. Vamp is not tapped. If inferior
Obedience is used, then vamp A is untapped.
Vamp A Bum's Rushes the tapped Vamp B. No one blocks, so the
action is successful. Vamp B is about to go to combat. Instead,
Vamp B plays a Wakey and obedience. Vamp is not tapped. If inferior
Obedience is used, then vamp A is untapped.
