I posted these questions earlier but I can't seem to find them,
so I'll try again. (I think I posted on .marketplace accidently)
The Renegade Garou does 2 damage and has an addition strike. Does this
mean it can effectively do 4 damage in one combat round ???
Also, can allies be equipped with equipment cards, or use combat cards
that require no discipline, such as dodge?
If I take blood off of a protracted investment, is that my master turn, or
can I also play a master card in the same round?
If true, does this also apply for Zoo Hunting ground, which does its effect
during Untap phase?? And how about Art Museum?

Yup.

Sure.

You spend one master action to take a counter off an investment. You will
thus not be able to play a master card, or take another counter off, that
turn unless you have multiple master actions (e.g. if you have Anson ready).

A Hunting Ground can only be used once per turn, and multiple Hunting Grounds
cannot be used to feed the same vampire on a given turn. Art Museum taps
when used, so would be usable again if you could untap it somehow, but
there's no way to untap it during your influence phase.
