1) When do you play Wolf's Claws? It says "For the remainder of the
round" - so do you play it a) Before range is chosen, b) After maneuvers,
before strikes, c) Basically, as a strike, or d) During the damage strike
resolution, right before the the damage is dealt (this is when you would
want to play it, as you know whether your opponent has dodged at this
point). Or is it any of the above? Same question for Infernal Pursuit
(if you're using the second, superior option), can you basically play it
whenever you want at any point in the combat?
2) If one of my minions blocks a vampire with Aching Beauty played on it,
and then I play a Change of Target, do I still lose a pool, because I
briefly blocked, or do I not because the entire action, and the block,
were cancelled by the Change in Target.
3) The wording on Glaser rounds is a bit strange. It says "Not usable
the first time the gun is used in a combat". Does this mean I could use
the Glaser Rounds with additional strikes in the first round? Or is it
supposed to say something like "Not usable the first round of combat".
4) Form of Mist: It says the Vampire may continue with action at +1
Stealth "as if unblocked". The original blocker is still tapped, right?
(Making this card kind of like a weird Faceless Night).
5) The combat sequence is "Damage prevention, and then play additional
strikes", correct? Therefore if my opponent plays Skin of Steel during
damage prevention I'll know not to play additional strikes (this is kind
of a rhetorical question, but in the little rulebook these two phases
seem melded together).
6) Does the Anarch Troublemaker stay on the table and tap and untap
(i.e., I tap to use the Troublemaker, prey gets control of it tapped, it
untaps as normal during his untap phase), or do I simply give it to my
prey and he can use it as his Master action for his Master phase, or do I
simply give it to him and he can play it whenever he wants on his prey.
7) If my master Out-of-turn gets Sudden Reversaled, does it still
count as being played, or do I still get to do actions during my Master
phase because it was countered? I assume you can play Sudden Reversal
anytime you want (i.e., if a vampire with Fame on it is about to go to
Torpor, I can Sudden Reversal the Fame during the Damage Prevention step,
before the Vampire actually hits torpor, in order to avoid taking the
loss of pool).
8) If I equip Black Cat with a Sawed-Off Shotgun, and then transfer it
to another vampire, do I have to pay an additional pool? Or can I
simply use Black Cat as a "weapons distributor" basically paying less
pool for all weapons and then having others take them from Black Cat for
free (albeit this is a very time-consuming way to equip your minions).

Wolf Claws would be used during or before the "choose strike" step.
Note that additional strikes will generate more "choose strike/resolve strike"
pairs, so if you drew Wolf Claws to replace a Blur you just used, you could
use the Claws to make your additional strike(s) aggravated.
Infernal Pursuit's superior ability can be used absolutely any time during
the combat you want to. Note that the 'draw two, discard one' effect
starts with the card you draw to replace the Infernal Pursuit. Its
normal ability ("Press") can, of course, only be used during the press step.

Change of Target doesn't retroactively change the block, it just cancels
the current action/combat and untaps the minions involved. The block still
happened, so the blood is still lost.

It should be read as "the first time the gun is used in a given combat".
So it can't be used during the initial strike of the combat, though
you could use it on the first round if you had additional strikes.

Right.

Right. You could also use the additional strikes card before declaring
strikes if you wanted to just cycle your hand, and those additional strikes
would still apply.

You don't tap the Troublemaker to use it, you simply pass it on to
your prey. Once the Troublemaker is in play, it can be used at any time,
not just during its controller's master phase.

Well, Sudden Reversal is an out-of-turn, so you can't use it during your
turn. Other than that, you can use it any time you want, yes. Am pretty
sure that if you burn an out-of-turn master with it, the person playing the
original master still loses their next master phase, but I'll check on that.

You can simply use her as a "weapons distributor", yes. Note that once the
equipment moves to another minion, it's treated as being its normal cost
again for purposes of Illegal Search and Seizure and such, though you don't
pay the pool to move it to that other minion in the first place.

Nice try. Change of Target is an action modifier. You can't play it while
blocking. However, the acting Meth. can, and every time you block you
lose the pool.

I think that should be checked on..... I think "out-of-turn" only means
that you play it out of the normal sequence of play. You can play it on
your own turn, but you skip your following master phase.

The corrected rules specify that "out-of-turn" cards can only be played
if it is not your turn.
