A quick question that I would really like to get an LSJ-stamped answer on :): Suppose a Path of Night is in play and a Lasombra uses a Stone Travel for the Obtenebration effect. Does he or does he not burn one blood to gain +1 stealth? From http://tinyurl.com/24vve I would deduce that he has to burn 1 blood, but it'd really help to get an incorrect/correct on this one.
