Shuffle - schmuffle. A random draw is a random draw. If the only way
to get a random draw is to shuffle between draws, than you shuffle between
draws. You may not 'mark' his cars in any way - not by noting the
position any more than bending a corner down. Both of these methods are
cheating because the produce a non-random draw (opposing card text, which
is cheating).

This is correct. Master cards, actions, etc. all are paid for simultaneously
as they resolve.
