LSJ : 2 Questions

A) If i use Heldeinberg Castle to transfer blood from a vampire , can i transfer more than needed ? Example : Arika transfer 8 Blood to Ohanna ( 2 blood capacity ) . I would say that the extra blood is burned , but is that legal ? B) I take control of Leandro with Malkavian Demantia . I manage to put a Soul Gem on him and he is burned WHILE STILL under my control . Does the new vampire ( if younger ) is still under my control after my turn ends ? I would say yes because it is not the same vampire . Thanks , ML
