DISCARD QUESTION

In the original jyhad rulebook, you were allowed to discard one card at the end of your turn. In the VTES rulebook it says upto two. Is this an errata or can we now double our discard potential?

Mr. Discard Question, As stated on page 38 of the VtES rule book: Influence phase and discarding: "These are handled in the same way in both versions of the game, save for the fact that in the Advanced Rules (I assume EVERYONE plays by these rules) you may only discard ONE card during your discard phase."
