Another Baltimore Purge Question

Another question about Baltimore Purge: Situation: I have 1 minion out, who is not a Lasombra, and this minion successfully plays BP. Then, during my influence phase, I bring out a Lasombra. Question: during my next untap phase, when BP burns, do I get to choose who goes to torpor? I have a Lasombra when the BP burns and the effect happens, but not when I played the card. In other words: When do you have to control the Lasombra? ---------------------------------------------------------- Baltimore Purge: Action. Requires a ready vampire. If this vampire is Ravnos, this action is at +1 stealth. Put this card on the acting vampire. During your untap phase, burn this card, and each other Methuselah chooses a ready vampire he or she controls who is not older than this vampire. If you control a ready Lasombra, you choose the vampires instead. This vampire and the chosen vampires go to torpor.
