1) I'm sure this has been answered already, but when damage done in a
single round is both normal and aggravated, which is applied first?
2) ALSO, do Dragon's breath rounds increase all the damage to aggravated,
or just add 2 agg. damage?

When a mix of aggravated and normal damage is done at the same
time, the vampire must burn blood to heal the normal damage before
dealing with the aggravated damage (thereby maximizing the chances
of burning a vampire).

It adds two aggravated to the weapon's normal damage.

3) And last, if a minion uses Bum's Rush, is that manuever usable only if
the minion successfully attacked its target? Suppose it is blocked, and
is in combat with another minion?

Yes. As with all actions, the text describing what the action does will
only be applied when and if the action is successful.
If the Rush is blocked, the acting minion gets no maneuver from the
Bum's Rush.

the normal damage is always applied first.

The latter. Just add 2 agg.

The thing we argue about is whether or not you get to replace the Bums
Rush if it is blocked. LSJ?

No. The card is not replaced until after combat (or when the action
ends, if no combat takes place). This is true of all "do not replace
until after combat" cards.
