Hey, I just had a question from one of the local players and I couln't answer it. Ready. What happens if you use Govern the Unaligned or The Accounting on a vamp that has a lower cap than the blood put on? He was wondering if it all goes on or just enough to fill it up? Also if it all goes on, he will have a chance during his influence phase to take the extra off correct? thanx in advance, Umbradomo, The Archbishop of Chicago.

It all goes, and he has a chance to take the extra off before the end of his next influence phase, yes. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Nothing in cardtext specifies a limit to how much blood can be added to a younger vampire with either Fourth Tradition: the Accounting or Superior Govern the Unaligned (or Scouting Mission/Enchant Kindred). In fact, with enough Freak Drives, a Prince could play all these cards in one turn (at superior) on the same vampire to add 10 blood to it, at a cost of 5 blood from the vampire (3 Freak Drives, 1 for Accounting, 1 for Govern). Sir Walter Nash could do it, for example. Full vampires must come out into the controlled area at the _end_ of their next influence phase. This means the player does have the chance to take blood off during that influence phase. Any blood in excess of capacity that wasn't removed during the influence phase drains off immediately. This is a good secondary use for Info Highway in some decks -- not so much for speed, but for extra pool gain from Governs/Accountings (6 transfers lets you gain 3 pool per influence phase instead of 2). gomi -- Individually, I love you all with affection unspeakable; but, collectively, I look upon you with a disgust that amounts to absolute detestation.
